Tell us each city on your route, the dates you want to travel and how many people are flying. Then tell us what they are bringing. A family wedding in Rajasthan or Goa can mean garment bags, gifts and a good deal of extra luggage. For a business trip between Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, give us the meeting times you need to make. Golf clubs and pets are worth mentioning too. Which airport you will use
Most international private flights arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (VIDP/DEL) in Delhi or Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (VABB/BOM) in Mumbai. For a wedding or a stay in Rajasthan, your advisor may suggest Jaipur International Airport (VIJP/JAI). For Goa, there is Manohar International Airport (VOGA/GOX) at Mopa, in North Goa. The right airport depends on the aircraft and the address you are going to, and your advisor will compare them for you. On a long trip, such as a flight from the United States, the routing and any fuel stops are confirmed with the operator before you book.
